Dental Equipment Company National Sales Meeting

Media West was asked to capture the spirit of the Lone Star State while supporting an ambitious schedule of programming for 800 national sales members, including awards dinner, general session and evening celebration.

We delivered a fully immersive, multi-phase event experience grounded in bold storytelling, strategic design, and seamless production. Working closely with the Benco Dental team, we brought the Think Big! vision to life at the “Benco Dental State Fair”—layering brand identity, regional flavor, and entertainment across four complete room transformations.
 

The production included scenic design, AV and lighting, graphics & motion, production management, decor and styling, entertainment, and speaker support. Standout highlights that brought the energy and impact across every moment of the attendee journey included:

• Immersive Environmental Design: From western-inspired centerpieces to custom scenic, animations, and motion graphics, every space was reimagined for its unique moment.
• Original Tunnel Entrance: A custom-built entry tunnel welcomed guests into a fully branded, immersive world.
• Four Room Transformations: Each transition featured entirely new scenic design, lighting schemes, floorplans, and experiences—culminating in a party complete with food trucks inside the hotel.
• Inspired by Texas State Fair: Original content captured on-site informed set design, décor, carnival game booth fabrication, and visual storytelling.
• Every Detail Accounted For: Mustang fur linens, animated Ferris wheels, Instagrammable moments, and barn-style seating ensured authenticity and memorability.

Through flexibility, creativity, and close collaboration, Media West helped transform a ballroom into a Texas-sized celebration of brand and culture.
